Essential Oil of the Month
My husband and I have really been into our Doterra Lemon essential oil lately! With its numerous benefits and uses, we’ve been gravitating to the diffuse method. A little goes a long way, the perfect “pick me up” (as both of us aren’t much of a coffee drinker) The scent is the perfect combination of Spring vibrance and soon to be Summertime mixed into one! Mmm mm!

Kid Friendly Breakfast Parfait
What You’ll Need:
Greek yogurt
Fresh fruit
Cereal
Plastic cups
Foil to cover them (so you can store them in the fridge)
Honey
The How To:
Fill the bottom of the cup with honey
Add yogurt
Add fruit
Top with cereal of your choice
Enjoy!
The great thing about parfaits is the ability to “free hand” how much of the ingredient you’d prefer without ruining the recipe :)
